Teaching Practice at a Different Country
Experiences are important and this program showed me that new experiences can really shape people.
Why is the SEA-Teachers program good?
SEAMEO provided a program that enhanced the student teachers' flexibility. In the context of Vietnamese customs, as part of its cross-cultural exchange program for SEA-Teachers. Student teachers can interact with students in a range of contexts through experiential learning opportunities offered in the curriculum. This program improved the teaching strategy and built a solid for the student teachers by fostering a cross-cultural program for teachers. The program fosters student teachers' growth into culturally sensitive and flexible teachers by exposing them to a new culture, which empowers them to design engaging learning opportunities for their students.

Why is the Vietnamese curriculum good?
From my experience, the Vietnamese curriculum is effective for encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving abilities from an early age and for having a solid foundation in mathematics, science, and literacy. To help students build a strong work ethic, it places a strong emphasis on discipline, strict study habits, and high academic standards. The curriculum is efficient and well-organized, eliminating duplication and guaranteeing that every grade level builds upon the one before it. To prepare students for a world that is becoming more interconnected, there is also a growing emphasis on combining technology and English. In contrast to rote learning, recent reforms seek to promote greater creativity and critical thinking. It works very well because it strikes a balance between tradition and contemporary innovation.
